TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON BREAK-IN GUARANTEE
- To qualify for a break-in repair or replacement guarantee you have to fill in your Limax Guarantee Certificate with all your details completed in full and e-mail a copy to info@limax.co.za within 5 days of installation.
- We will guarantee the product for 10 to 5 years according to the product.
- If the products is broken-through we will repair the product or replace the product if it cannot be repaired.
- The protected by sign board needs to be fitted and displayed onto your wall.
- The product that we guarantee must be fitted inside your house and inside the reveal and not outside the reveal.
- The house or business must be equiped with a alarm system that is being monitored.
- A case number must be supplied for each claim.
